What are your minimum order requirements?
Within our same-day delivery zone (metro Indianapolis), there's no minimum order. For extended areas, minimums vary by location—typically 50-100 pallets or $500-$750 order value.
How do delivery fees work?
Delivery is free for orders over $500 in our primary service area. For smaller orders, delivery fees start at $35. Extended area fees are based on distance and order size.
Can I schedule a recurring delivery?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly scheduled deliveries. Regular customers get priority scheduling and volume discounts. Contact us to set up a recurring order.
Do you deliver after hours?
We offer after-hours delivery for emergency situations at an additional fee. Call us to discuss your needs—we'll do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
What if I'm outside your service area?
We can ship pallets anywhere in the continental US through our freight partners. We handle all the coordination—you just receive the pallets. Freight rates are very competitive for full truckloads.
